Terms and Conditions of booking and cancellation
Please note there is no smoking in the house or on the Grounds of Clober Farm
Booking and Payment:
- There is a minimum of 3 days.
- There is a fully refundable damages deposit of £100 on all bookings
- The property will be assessed when you leave and deposit will be refunded within 30 days
- Check-in is between 4pm and 6pm, please contact us with your expected arrival time. If it is outwith these times other arrangements may have to be made
Cancellations:
1 week or less – 100% payable
4 weeks or less – 85% payable
6 weeks or less – 40% payable
Cancellations/Changes made out with the specified periods will be charged the deposit only.
However, we strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
